My mission

Curious how I ended up here? It’s simple: I kept saying YES on my spiritual journey. Growing up, I had zero spiritual abilities—no sensing spirits, no crystal connections. I went to college and earned degrees in Accounting and Information System Management. Talk about the least spiritual paths you could choose!

My spiritual awakenings kicked off when my kids hit their teenage years. After being a stay-at-home mom for what felt like forever, I had a meltdown one night on the couch. What would I do once my kids flew the coop? I’d poured all my energy into them and my husband, leaving me clueless about who Meshaelle really was. I dive deeper into this in the international bestseller, Soul Alchemy: Ascension Codes to Live a Life Beyond Your Wildest Dreams.  My quest began with figuring out who I was beyond being a wife, mom, and daughter.

I launched my career as a nutrition coach, got certified in Transformational Nutrition Coaching, and zeroed in on the mindset of nutrition. Naturally, you can’t guide others without sorting out your own mindset first. I did this for years but kept falling into mental traps. Was I worthy? Am I lovable? People-pleasing and co-dependency seemed like my default settings.

Then, something clicked. I started noticing the energy around my thoughts. The energy in everything. This led me to meditation. Eventually, I connected with my heart and escaped my head. I realized I was worthy simply because I existed. Lovable despite my mother’s lack of affection. Seeing myself as the Goddesses and the Universe do, I found the peace, harmony, and confidence I had always yearned for.

Saying YES to the Universe unlocked my ability to connect to the spiritual realm and channel messages. I uncovered my unique gift for helping others connect to their soul and the Divine Feminine within.

Now, my mission is to blend my practical know-how with intuitive guidance to empower women to live lives aligned with their spirits.
